How laser hair removal works
Venus Velocity uses diode laser technology to deliver controlled energy directly to the hair follicle. The follicle absorbs the heat, reducing its ability to produce new hair while protecting the surrounding skin.

Hirsutism is characterised by excessive hair growth in areas where women usually have little or no visible hair. It is usually associated with hormonal imbalances and can be linked to obesity, polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) or other conditions that increase androgen levels.
Venus Velocity offers lasting reduction of unwanted hair, improving comfort and confidence. However, it does not treat the hormonal imbalance responsible for hirsutism, which may require medical evaluation and treatment.

From the very first session right through to the long-term results, Venus Velocity is designed to offer a safe, comfortable treatment with minimal disruption to your daily routine.
Most patients require between 4 and 6 sessions, scheduled every 4–8 weeks.
Each treatment is tailored to your skin type, hair colour and goals.
Protect the treated area with sunscreen and avoid intense heat, direct sun exposure and hot baths for 48 hours.
